Defender Ahmed Abdulla's goal in the first half was enough to earn all three points for Blues as Oscar Bruzon's side moved to top of the Dhiraagu Dhivehi league thanks to a better goal difference than Club Green Streets while Maziya are in fourth place with four points.
New Radiant came into the game without midfielder Agel Ruiz Paz who is still recovering from injury while countryman Jorge Gotor returned to action having renewed his contract till the end of the season.
Meanwhile new mid transfer signing Gurbani Amir made his debut. The Turkmen has previously had spells in Kyrgyzstan as well in his native Turkmenistan.
Green boys got the game to a good start and had two glorious chances early on but Hassan Naaiz and captain Asadulla Abdulla both failed to have their attempts on target.
Blues regrouped soon after and came a flow of attacks by New Radiant. Winger Gurbani crossed the ball into the area for Kipson who missed while Hassan Adhuham failed to control Ali Fasir's cross soon after.
The only goal of the game came in the 25th minute. Gurbani's cross was met by Ahmed Abdulla who headed the ball low into the corner beyond the reach of Maziya goalie Hussain Shareef.
Maziya did improve in the latter stages of the game and had three good chances. The first fell for Stewart who fired wide before Asadulla Abdulla missed two header from inside the box.
