Some players refuse to travel to Dhaka for friendly

Male', MALDIVES - According to a reliable source to Maldivesfootball.com, ome player of New Radiant Sports Club refused to travel to Dhaka for the friendly match against Boshundhara Kings on Friday.

The players who refused to travel to Dhaka includes; goalkeeper Imran Mohamed, Akram Abdul Ghani, Riham Abdul Ghani, RIlwan Waheed and Mohamed Rasheed.

Since May 2018 New Radiant is having salary issues and ace striker Ali Ashfaq filed a case against the club to terminate his contract with New Radiant. Ashfaq agreed to play for New Radiant for MVR 3 Million for this year. And later on, their Afghanistan defender Amiri left the club with same reason.
